Once we receive your order, we will design your artwork within 48 hours. And once we have designed your artwork, we will send you an email reminding you to preview your artwork. You can preview your pet portrait, request edits, or approve the design!

Delivery format

Digital file (High resolution JPG file at 300 dpi, ready to print). After approving the preview artwork, you can download high-resolution digital artwork on the order details page.

Canvas printed portrait. The portrait will be printed on quality canvas, packed well and shipped out.
