Processing Time
Processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.
Generally, once you make an order, you can preview your art within 1-2 business days. After you approve the artwork, we will print the artwork and ship it out within 1 business day. In this way, all orders generally take 3-6 business days to be created and shipped.
Note:
1. After our artist design well the pet portrait, we need your approval before printing. So the faster you approve, the quicker we can ship! Once we have designed well your photo, we will send you an email to confirm if you are satisfied with the preview artwork. Therefore, we recommend that you check your email in time for confirmation within 2 days after placing the order.
2. If there is an issue with your order that requires us to recreate the artwork, this understandably will extend your processing time.
3. You have 2 days to confirm whether you agree to print your artwork or if it still needs to be re-edited, if 2 days have passed and we don't hear back from you, we will consider it approved and proceed with printing.

Express Shipping Method: To receive the package ASAP, just select the Express Shipping method.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping: When your order is over $99, Free shipping is available, and your package will be shipped out with our default shipping methods.
Express shipping: If you selected express shipping at checkout, shipping is calculated by shipping location, which you will know on the checkout page.
If your order is less than $99, and you choose standard shipping, we will charge $9.9 as a shipping fee according to the fixed price.
Note: You may have noticed that you can purchase "Digital" version products separately, rest assured, we do not charge shipping cost for digital product purchased separately.
If you purchase the digital product, generally speaking, our artist will design well the artwork within 48 hours. And once the artist has designed the artwork, we will send you an email to confirm that you are satisfied with the preview of the artwork. After you confirm it, you can download the digital artwork on your order detail page.
