1. Can you check my photo is suitable before I place my order? 1
If you're not sure if your photo meets our design requirements, you can check out our detailed photo guide, which explains exactly what type of photo is required. If you are still unsure after reviewing the guide, you can contact us via support@furryroyal.com and our team will review and help you confirm that your photo is valid.

2. What makes a good photo?
Make sure the photo is taken in a well-lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting. Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet. Try to get a close up so we can see your pet's unique features, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face. Make sure the photo is not blurry. Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame - we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo. Ensure that the fur color in the photo is not affected by bad lighting.
3. Does it matter what's in the background of my photo?
Of course, a simple and clear background is best. And don't worry if there's a lot of stuff in the background, our skilled designer says it won't affect his work too much.
