1. Why hasn't my order been shipped?

Generally speaking, once you make an order, you can preview your art within 1-2 business days. After you approve the artwork, we will print the artwork and ship it out with 24 hours.
Once we ship the product out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can always track the exact locations of your shipment on the carrier's official website.
2. I did not receive the tracking confirmation email, where is it?
Tracking confirmation email is sent within 12 hours after shipment. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. And you can log into your account to track.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
4. Package delivered, what to do when there is an item missing/incorrect?
Please contact us immediately if you believe that an item is missing/incorrect, we will correct the issue for you. Also, be sure to include your order number, along with images of the products you received. You can reach Customer Service via support@furryroyal.com.
As you know, these products made by Furryroyal are custom made for you and your pet, so we can not offer returns. If you are not satisfied with your final product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will try our best to make sure you're happy with the final masterpiece.
However, if you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
